This Artichoke Softneck is one of the most popular of its kind and a rare collector’s bulb. Originated from the Republic of Georgia. An excellent choice for braiding with red/pink streaked cloves and purplish skins. 10-15 rather large cloves that have mild taste and minimal heat. Tends to mature early and stores for 6-7 months.
