What a robust and beautiful Garlic. We are so lucky to add this one to our collection, as it performs so well. We believe it to be a hybrid of three families. It shows characteristics of rocamboles, porcelains, and marbled purple stripes. A hard neck garlic with 6-8 large, single cloves and long storage life. Consistent flavor that is excellent for roasting among other uses. Originally stewarded by Jamshid Moghadam and now grown by his farmer son Sasha Moghadam.
