This great garlic has its roots in China. For those who like hot garlic, this is the one, especially when eaten raw! The skins can have deep purple, and relatively few, large cloves for a softneck, typically six to eight in number. The clove skins can be a rose being with creamy colored flesh. It grows well just about in any US climate. As a turban variety, it can sometimes produce a scape when stressed by weather. Certified organic.
