We will not contact you by phone except to confirm or clarify an order, or to notify you of shipment. As long as we own this company, we will not provide or sell your name, address, e-mail or any information about you to anyone. Period. If you order from us, you will automatically receive our free, quarterly newsletter, The Garlic Store Gazette, via email. If you do not wish to continue receiving it, simply unsubscribe using the newsletter link on our home page. Also, to assure receiving future issues, please set you spam filter to receive email from: TheChiefClove@TheGarlicStore.com

Security:
We maintain a very high level of security for all our store transactions over the net. If you are not comfortable providing your credit card information over the net, then please feel free to send us payment using more traditional methods such as a check in the mail or faxing us your order and payment information directly. You will find all ordering information on the Shopping Cart page or, if you choose to use snail mail or fax, click herefor the necessary information.

We are extremely vigilant about security and believe our online ordering system provides a high level of customer protection.

Return Policy: 
We only market what we believe to be quality products. If you are not happy with something you buy from us, let us know and send it back for a full refund.

  • If you have a problem with an order, you can email or call us at 1-800-854-7219 (Monday-Saturday, Noon - 8 PM Eastern time; 10 AM - 6 PM Denver time).
    You may return any unused item you find does not meet your expectations within 15 days of your receipt of the item.
  • Please include a brief note explaining the reason for the return.
  • Do not return opened or damaged food items. Please write, e-mail or call us about the problem, and possible return of the item.
  • We will either provide an exchange of items, a credit for future purchases, or a cash refund. Call us or include a note with your preference.
