Thank you for visiting The Garlic Store, a garlic "superstore" in cyberspace. Since we know that your time is valuable, we have tried to make our site simple and fast to use. Is there something you want that we don't have? Please send us an email and we will do our best to track it down for you.

You may browse the store, shop and add items to your shopping cart. Once you go to checkout it will prompt you to log-in. If you have not already registered, you will need to do so then. We have taken great measures to ensure your information is safe and we rarely contact our customer base.

You will find that once you are registered you will be able to fully utilize our store. You will be able to track the progress of your order, as well as be notified when it ships. You will be able to replicate past orders with one click, write reviews of products and much more.

How to order:
If you wish to order products, our preferred mode is credit card. We have taken pains to assure a high level of security. Still, we understand there is still reluctance among some to transmit credit card numbers over the Web, so we are happy to provide other options:

  • Print out your order, and snail mail it to The Garlic Store, 2321 E. Mulberry St. #12A, Ft. Collins, CO 80524 along with credit card info or check. We will not send check orders until check has cleared our account.
  • We can take verbal orders (1-800-854-7219), but we may be a little slower doing it this way. Please call Mon-Sat, 10 AM-6 PM Mountain Time.
  • Or e-mail The Chief Clove. for special orders.

 Shipping via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail takes normally 2 to 5 business days. For special and bulk orders, we can ship FedEx or FedEx Ground, at cost, upon request.

Sorry, no CODs. Although most of our products can be shipped to Hawaii, we are not allowed to ship fresh garlic to that state.

NOTE: Our on-line ordering system is automated. Once your order is sent to us electronically, it is transferred from our ISP to our office computer. At this point the following happens:

  • we respond immediately, via e-mail, with an acknowledgment of your order. You may wish to add "TheChiefClove@TheGarlicStore" to your accept list to prevent your anti-spam software from rejecting this reply.
  • if there is a question with your order, we follow up with another e-mail. We may ask you a question or two to clarify your order.
  • we will normally ship within two business days for orders received by noon local time. The exception is for advance orders placed in the late summer and early Fall. These orders are shipped when all items ordered become availabe. We typically begin shipping the 2nd week of September (beginning with orders received in June and work our way through until we catch up to current date)

Contacting us :
We are always happy to talk with our visitors. But since we are a family business, we would appreciate if phone calls could be restricted to 10 AM - 6 PM for Denver (Mountain Standard Time) and noon - 8 PM for the East Coast, Monday - Saturday. Outside of these times we may not be able to answer the phone.

We are providing "one stop shopping" for all your garlic needs, whether be it food for the body or the mind. In addition to various garlic products, we are providing information about our favorite member of the lily family.
