Garlic Library


There has been a surprising number of books published in which garlic plays an important if not the central theme. These titles range from the expected cookbooks, to works on horticulture, medicine, history, and folklore of garlic. As our library grows, we will continue to add new titles.

But we also need your help! We expect that visitors to the site will have a wide range of backgrounds in many professions and jobs.
