Since we know that your time is valuable, we have tried to make our site
simple and fast to use. We have kept graphics to a minimum to avoid slowing
down the site.
You may click
on any product name listed on top of each shopping page in order to jump
to the description of the product further down on that page. If a product
is temporarily out of stock, we will disable the "check to put in
shopping cart" button.

How to order:
If
you wish to order products, our preferred mode is credit card. We have taken pains to assure
a high level of security. Still, we understand there is still reluctance
among some to transmit credit card numbers over the Web, so we are happy
to provide other options:
- Print
out you order from the Shopping Cart and fax it to us (970-204-1210)
along with your credit card number
- Print
out your order, and snail mail it to The Garlic Store, 5313 Mail Creek Lane, Fort Collins, CO 80525 along with credit card info or check.
Remember to sign your name to credit card orders.
- We can
take verbal orders (1-800-854-7219), but we may be a little slower doing
it this way. Please call Mon-Sat, 10 AM-6 PM Mountain Time. We often answer
the phone with our names, Craig, Debi, Walt or Liv, not "The Garlic Store.".

Shipping:
Shipping via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail takes normally 2 to 5
business days. For special and bulk orders, we can ship FedEx or FedEx Ground, at cost, upon request. |
Payment:
Sorry, no CODs. We only accept orders
from the 50 United States, Canada and the UK at this time. Other countries are possible, depending upon your import regulations. Although most of our
products can be shipped to Hawaii, we are not allowed to ship fresh garlic to that state.
NOTE: Our
on-line ordering system is automated. Once your order is sent to us electronically,
it is transferred from our ISP to our office computer. At this point the
following happens:
- we respond
immediately, via e-mail, with an acknowledgment of your order. You may wish to add "TheChiefClove@TheGarlicStore" to your accept list to prevent your anti-spam software from rejecting thsi reply.
- if there
is a question with your order, we follow up with another e-mail. We
may ask you a question or two to clarify your order.
- we will
normally ship within two business days for orders received by noon local time. The exception is for advance orders placed in the late summer. These orders are shipped when all items ordered become availabe, usually no later than mid-September.

We are always
happy to talk with our visitors. But since we
are a family business, we would appreciate if phone calls could be restricted
to 10 AM - 6 PM for Denver (Mountain Standard Time) and noon - 8 PM for
the East Coast, Monday - Saturday. Outside of these times we may not be
able to answer the phone.
We are providing
"one stop shopping" for all your garlic needs, whether be it
food for the body or the mind. In addition to various garlic products,
including our own home grown organic garlic from Yucca Ridge Farm, we
are providing information about our favorite member of the lily family.
We hope you
enjoy the experience. We also hope that garlic lovers will want to contribute
their ideas, facts and product suggestions.
