Garlic is
far more than a seasoning. It is one of humanity's most venerable domestic
crops. It may well live up to, if not exceed, the many medicinal and curative
attributes that have been attributed to it. We have begun a collection
of articles in the technical and professional literature that might be
of interest to those with a serious professional interest in garlic in
a variety of disciplines.
